Title: Cherries
Post by: patindaytona on March 08, 2021, 05:56:30 PM
Going to try my hand with the cherries. My sister in law bought the one i did. It was her favorite of all the ones I had shown her. I want to begin doing some more tutorials after that.
I can see how doing same painting a few times really helps in comprehending alot more than the first one.

Curious how many of these you've done Nolan? Doing 3 right now (did one years ago also). I am not satisfied with the 2 so far. I am aware of certain things I overlooked and will try to get the 3rd one right. If not, i will do a 4th. I am a perfectionist and I want to get this right.

These were selling well for me at one stage so have painted plenty. Practice makes perfect.

I was doing 3 but it just breaks my heart. Always end up same way because i can't leave well enough alone.
Not giving up though. Saving the best one for last as it's at a good stage yet. I am identifying problematic areas that went wrong. Repeating a painting is a good way to do this.
