Title: Drawing Course
Post by: azbutterfly on February 02, 2013, 06:59:03 AM
Can someone please let me know when I will get an email to start the course? I already paid the $147 last night. I never received a confirmation from here, but I received it from Paypal and its already billed my bank. Please let me know when I'll get activation to all the stuff.

azbutterfly,

Since the NZ boys might already be piling up the zzzzzs I might offer this:

I believe it should be active and available from the site already.

If you scroll to the top of the page, in the centre there is the blue Watch Paint Basket TV button. To the right is an orange section with your username, an avatar and a bunch of icons.

If you click the top left (the little palette) one, that should give you access to your non PaintBasket TV online courses.

:gl: with the course. I found it a sensational help!

Don't be afraid to post your progress, even if you don't like them. Helpful advice will always be around.

Oh and I see you haven't made many posts, so  :welcome: .

Batman.

I don't have the little palette. It's been more than 24 hours. I don't understand why I don't have access.

Hi,

Might be worth trying a logout (little red button top right of orange area) and then a login again...

Az, make sure you are logged into the site.
Click on the blue "Watch Paintbasket TV Now" at the top of the page.
Do you see a green button "View my unlocked classes?
If so, click on it
There should be an icon for "Pencil Drawing" - click on it.
Your Let's Draw course should be there.

Hi Laura. . . .

You are obviously logged in, "cause you are talking to us! LOL! Okay then. . . .  take another look at Ray's directions . . . . his is the post just before your last post. . .he explains it perfectly. . . .  First the big blue button, then the green button, then scroll down a little bit and then the Pencil Drawing button. You will have to scroll down a little bit more to see the titles and then click on "watch"

You have to click on to the "Watch Paint Basket TV Now" button, FIRST, the big blue button at the top of this page to  where the courses are.

You are gonna' just LOVE this course, I know I did. I just wish there were another level  :'(
Good Luck and keep drawing!!

I know I'm logged on. I was replying to the things people told me to do. I don't have the palette, I've clicked the watch now, I've been asked to either pay for the class or enter a serial number from the email I received. I've never recieved an email. I've checked the junk folder. I did recieve the newsletter which didn't go into my junk folder. I'm about ready to get a refund which is sad as I was looking forward to this. It shows in my bank and Paypal that I was charged the $147. I've been asking for a while now and no staff has responded to anything other than my welcome post which then was posted on Facebook.

Wow. . . .I don't know what could have gone wrong. . . obviously some glitch somewhere.

Please don't give up, I know it's really, really frustrating and disappointing and you were so excited to get started but it will get sorted, trust me. Nolan and Dennis are so good at this stuff and if you can just hang on a bit longer I'm sure it will be okay! :1hug:

Hi azbutterfly, :bigwelcome: to the Paint Basket family

Your payment was made via an echeque so it doesn't clear immediately - usually takes a few days. That is why your course didn't instantly activate.

I have added you to the course in the meantime, so you can now go to the Paint Basket TV page and your course will be there

:gl: and looking forward to seeing your drawings from the course - have you drawn before?

Sorry for the misdirection, was just making a guess, as I purchased the DVDs.

Is the palette icon used for anything anymore?

Sorry for any confusion. It's cleared from my bank and Paypal as of February 1st. It shows as it went through my debit card, not an echeque. I guess issues with Paypal.

I've dabbled with drawing, but not really any classes. I posted an introduction post.
