Here we like to chat with fellow artists, brag with our latest paintings and get feedback from the group.

Our site is very big so here is a quick breakdown of where to find everything :

If you are looking for art tutorials, you are in for a treat because that is what the site is all about. That also means that there are tutorials all over the place.

The main place to find them is under the Classes or Courses menu. Here you will find all our art classes and courses. Classes are typically 2 hours long and cover one specific project, eg., How to Paint a Swan. A course on the other hand consists of multiple shorter tutorial taking you in-depth into one subject, eg., portraits.

All the classes and course can be watched as often as you like. You can start watching today and then come back later to continue. You can do this as often as you like. Once you have unlocked a class it stays open.

How to unlock a class - Choose the Classes or Courses menu
From there you can select which medium you are interested in, eg. Oil Painting.
A list of oil painting classes will then display.
You will then be able to add as many classes as you want to your shopping cart.
When you are ready to check out, you can can do so via Paypal or Credit Card.

Then there is the forum (you are in the forum now), which is very busy and the best place for artists to hang out

Below is a short introduction on how to navigate the forum

At the top is the main navigation menu which will get you to the different areas of the forum.
(If you are on a mobile device, you will need to click the hamburger icon to see the main navigation menu. The hamburger icon looks like this:

The three most important menu items here are:
Home - This brings you to the forum index
Search - You can use this to find almost anything art related already discussed on the forum
My Messages - Here you ready any messages sent to you by fellow forum members
My Bookmarks - The forum is very large and often you want to quickly find something again without having the search for it. You can then bookmark the info.
Media - This is where you will find all the artworks posted by the members
Logout - Does what it says

If you are on a desktop you will see an area to the right of your screen which looks like this:

you will see that I have marked the icons in the image above.
These icons will help you get to your personal info and interests quickly.
(on a mobile device, you can click the gear icon at the top of your screen to see the same menu)

This is what each of these icon / menu items are used for:

1) Forum Profile (figure icon) - This takes you to the public view of your profile.
2) Edit Profile (wrench icon) - Here you can change your public profile info
3) Account Settings (gear icon) - Here you can change your private forum info, like you password
4) Unread Topics (Speech bubble icon) - This will show you a list of topics you have not read yet
5) New Replies to Your Topics (speech bubble with dots icon) - This will show a list of all unread replies to topics you have started
6) My Gallery (photo icon) - This will take you to your personal gallery so you can add or edit your photos.

To get back to the rest of the website, scroll down to the bottom of the forum. There you will see a menu like this:

from this menu you can go to the website home page, find new classes or courses to follow, access your purchased classes as well as get technical help (like how to unlock a class, etc.)

In the bottom right hand corner of the page you will see a block that looks like this:

If you click it you will instantly scroll back to the top of the page

Adding photos of your artworks is an integral part of the forum so you need to learn how to do that.
