Nice job freehanding.
I see your barn became a little elongated..... mine kind of ended up a bit squishy!
Well done, you're doing famously.

Keep up the good work, MEZ! I loved learning how to draw from Nolan and Dennis! It was like MAGIC to me when I saw that just graphite pencil and paper could create something! And I never drew anything ever before PB!

Love your little squirrel. I think he did a back flip after you posted him and he landed on his feet.
Yours has a nice natural flow to it. So smooth.

Excellent Mez! I love to see someone give Nolan a run for his money... and I'd say you've done it
Banner job.

Hi, Mez! You are a bit ahead of me on the drawings. I love your squirrel. It looks fantastic!

Here is my extra practice pic. I don't feel I know what to do with the feet so I left them...

Mez,
Good job.
Like the sexy little swag you gave the beak.
Whenever I get stumped by feet, I hide them in grass.

Another great drawing!
it is hard to see the feet for the shadows. I did a google search for duck brown from behind and found this showing two ducks standing. It may help you to see the feet in the reference better.

Funny Mea, that was the first thing I thought of as well! Hide the feet!!
Great drawing Mez.... other than the feet!

looks great Mez, well done
Just straighten the top of the beak, yours is too curved
For the feet - a good trick is to add blades of grass in that area. You then not only don't have to draw the feet, the grass anchors the bird as well
