In order for me to easily find and answer queries about this Lesson I will appreciate it if everyone will keep these to this specific Lesson Posting only. This will also be of benefit to you as well in the future. Thanks

Dennis, I had a lot of trouble with this video, it seemed to skip parts and I also lost sound in spots. I did what I could and then finished it by copying your painting. Please let me know if I missed anything or where it needs improvement. Thanks.

Very pretty, Mary Lou. Colors and details look so well done.
Not quite sure I'd want to live in a house on a cliff. I'm getting dizzy just looking at it.
The trees look good, except for where they overlap the bottom porches. It appears to be too solid an outline (or gives the effect of being covered by Spanish moss).

Mary Lou,
I went to view the lessons and found that there were times where he must have been talking, but the sound did not come through, like between 13 and 14 minutes.
There were other times where he did not seem to be talking while he did repetitive tasks, like painting in the shadowed windows.
As for the sound quality, it seems that when he turns toward the palette, the sound dims a bit.
Dennis, can you please verify that we are seeing and hearing what we think we are?
Regardless, it looks like a grest lesson and you did a great job, Mary Lou.

Thank you Mea. I know what you're saying about when he wasn't talking however when I watched it it seem to skip ahead and seemed like I missed something it happened a couple of times

I will try to make some time to look at it fully because I'd like to do it myself.
I'm sure Dennis will see your message and check out the lesson.

Great job Mary Lou
I watched the video last night and there are places where I think the mic may have been turned off. Yes there were a few spots that skipped ahead a bit so some of the colour mixing will be a bit more of a challenge if you are trying to use the same washes. Definately makes you stop and think!
Could it be that a little less hand holding is being introduced?

Wow, that is a great painting, Marylou.
For all of the problems you had with the video, you did an excellent job of figuring it out. I'm impressed.

Thank you Val, Teresa and Kathy.
I guess less hand holding is a good thing at this point!

Really pretty Mary Lou!Love the composition.
Could it be because of the problems of the fan, Dennis and Nolan were talking about in the live class
?

Mary Lou, we apologize about the sound. Unfortunately we have been having a bit of a problem with the computer lately and we are trying to sort it out. It keeps bombing out every so often. Looks like it was affecting the sound as well, as I never had the Mic switched off at all.
Anyway, your house is excellent, considering the problems
Just missing the dark shady areas in the trees.
