Hi everyone i just came across this video through a posting on facebook.

It's 15mins but its great and funny and applicable to all.

Thanks, TeresaM.  Interesting guy.  He makes a lot of sense.

Doing 100 Doodles in a day is easier than I thought.  I did this page while eating dinner tonight.

Then did this page after doing the dishes. 

Less than one hour for more than 100 doodles.   Was relaxing, enjoyable.  I used a mechanical pencil.  (The third page was really not worth putting here.)

I ended up watching all 4 parts during the day while trying to get over a coughing virus.😩

 He does repeat himself but one thing that i found very interesting was that every 5th page in your journal draw with your left hand so that you get better and your brain gets a workout.
I tried drawing on a scrap piece of and it was easier than i thought although the lines were wonky.?

Even though he uses the word Doodle he means quick sketches and he says not to judge ourselves just to keep at it everyday. Just like you are doing Mea and also Cyril with his sketches with the watercolour washes
