Uploading an image of my painting

I have experienced problems with uploading an image of a recent oil painting in the Encourager Section.  The file has a jpg extension and was over the permitted size.  I uploaded the same file in the Gallery section without hitches. I would appreciate advice on what I need to do so the file will upload in the Encourager Section.     for your help.

to add the photo to a post, you can now go to your gallery by clicking the icon in the top orange block

View your photo you have in your gallery by clicking the text link not the photo, then select the BBC embed code, copy it.

Now go and create your post in the encourager section and at the place in your post where you want the photo to appear you paste the embed code like this :

Thanks Nolan.  It worked like a charm!  I had to put the painting in the Encourager Section just to be sure I followed the instructions right.
