You have a very nice little "art corner" set up for yourself. Congrats. It is very important to have such a corner to call your own - no matter how small it is. You always feel welcome when you arrive there :) to  :painting:

Such a corner is the starting point for big things to come

Alright you lot...I'm getting quite jealous of all these studios! Lloyd is getting very nervous as I've started eyeing one of the cabins with visions of sawing out lockers and beds.......

Tonight was supposed to be art society night, but it was COLD and WET in Wellington.. I've been too lazy to go out,  but decided to finish the paintings I started last week, at home.. A set of 2, taken at one of my favourite spots.. Longbay Beach. Taken of my son, and the daughter of awesome friends! You'll notice the shadows fall to opposite sides, that's because it was taken of both ends of the beach..

The lilies, I have completed two weeks ago.. painted for a friends daughter's 21st b/day.. She has a very bold personality. I hope she likes it..

I like the action in your paintings of Long Bay Beach - gives life to the paintings! I recognised them immediately - we are only 20 minutes leisurely walk from the beach.

Your arums are well executed. I have one very small thing that worries me a bit - the stamen in the one flower seems to be off center with the stem. The stamens need to be inline with the stems. Otherwise well done
