Great job Maryna. Just think there is a bit too much contrast between the bottom half of his face through to the top of his head. Minor adjustment and he'll be the pick of the litter!

I was watching this video and I was curious to see who did this class. Patricia, Maryna your pugs look fantastic!
One question: what blending pencil is Dennis using? Is it a special one? Thanks for an answer.

:thankyou:  Gita for your lovely message.  With regard to the blending sticks, I am not sure what make Dennis was using because there are different brands of these blenders. The ones I have are called "Loew-Cornell Style Stix" which you get in all different sizes and shapes. They are all basically the same in that they have like a rubber tip, it may be some other synthetic material but to me it feels like rubber and they are shaped to a point or chisel shaped and as I mentioned, are all in different sizes.

As an added note, I have just remembered that the type that Dennis used is called the "Colour Shaper".  You may be able to find out more online about the price and where to purchase them Gita.  I noticed that all the Professional Artists I have seen, use the Colour Shaper.

Hope that this helps you.

I did have a photo of mine somewhere on here but it and a few others seem to have gone 'poof'!!!  I'll put up another one for you.

Hi everyone,

I've been away for a while, but not gone. I'll try to start over where I left, hopefully. As for the tools, I agree with Patricia, they are "Color Shapers", you can find them in packs of 4 up to 12 different styles.

Cheers
