It was just a first try with colored pencil. So I just made the eyes. It's already finished.

Quilty I am no expert to give you proper feedback as you ask, but in my opinion I would think about the light reflections in the iris of the eyes, especially if the tiger is outdoors and its a sunny day, the light would reflect in his eyes.  hope it helps a little
