Yes, I'm still alive, but not doing as much art as I would like.

 This piece took me 8 hours. I would work on it for an hour than not touch it for two or three weeks, when some time freed up.

This is a 9 x 12 mix media 98# paper, using Caran D'ache Luminance. Reference by Julie Talarski. The lesson was approx. 3h long, but I only watched the first two videos, about 30m worth, then ventured out on my own. I'm happy with the results as flowers have been very hard for me - this is the first I completed.

Thinking about a blurred pan pastal background.

I was just thinking about you the other day, Barry.  So good to see your work again.

Such good detailing.  The petals are so soft and delicate.
