Sorry to hear about your pain hopefully it will get better soon.
I have had disc problems and sciatica pain since 1996 and find strengthening and stretching exercises given to me by physiotherapist the only way to make it bearable.

Hi Val, I also have sciatica.  Not pleasant and sleeping is a problem for me.  I wish you a speedy recovery.  Mine went away for quite a while but returns if I move wrong.    :flowers:

Hi Val, hope that nasty sciatica is improving. Some say rolling on a tennis ball helps, & I agree with Teresa's suggestion. I so look forward to seeing your next pastel painting xx Tracey

Just popping in to see what everyone has been up to. I am doing much better and trying to get focused on some artwork again. I have a few sketches just waiting to be painted once I break out of my ¨funk¨  :tongue:

Val did pop into the live class for a short while a week or so ago and I saw her mention that she was battling with her Internet connection.
