Ta much.
Had to get a new phone, not sure I´m going to like this one...already battling with it. I´m sure I can fix it....
Anyway, finally all set up for the iceberg adventure!
Oh bother... my photo is showing up in Picasa3 but not my photo folder. What is happening now?!
Oh well, I´ll play with that later...time to paint!

Hello Annie! All the best to you and yours as well.
I have started painting the iceberg, I´ll post when it´s a bit further along.
Have been a bit occupied of late, looks as though we may have bought a house! Should have the final inspection report next week. How crazy is that?

Hello All.... Well, that ¨fixed abode¨ didn´t do so well after the inspections. Some serious structure issues, and a lot of bad soil on the property. Would have taken too much of my ¨pastel fund¨
and far to much time to correct. Shame as it was a really lovely property.
So we are off tomorrow to inspect a house we saw last year in a small town of 1400 people, nestled on the side of another mountain I have yet to glean the name of. Rather large house with small property, much easier to maintain... and possibility of a BIG studio!!!!
Even extra space for a rubber room when necessary!
Just not sure who will need it first.... me or Lloyd.
Still working gradually on the iceberg, keeps me feeling cool... 27c yesterday, summer has arrived early!

Hah! Well I finally figured out how to work this phone 🤞
Going to make this short... After a couple of months trying to work the deal on house #2, we had to let it go as problems with the paperwork. Would have taken far to long to get sorted.
On to house #3...we have it! Closing one week tomorrow!!! So glad we found this one, best suited property for all of us! I have my own separate building for my studio, Lloyd gets his own little building to cut his opals and and other stones, Ziggy has a huge yard...and a pool!
We will move in the end of month. Can't wait to get set up again.
