For what it's worth, of all history and recording of weather forecasting, they are only right about 49% of the time... And that's a fact, BTW.

Arrived in Martinique yesterday afternoon. Internet is very poor...not much better at the cafes. Going to go and wail away my woes with a reggae band tonight at one of the pubs. Lloyd is shopping for earplugs!
Likes the reggae....not certain about my version!

Could never be
with you Kelley... you're one of my top art mentors!
Did manage to get a kiss on the cheek though!
I know, I have been accused of being a bit crafty at times!

We're off again....hope to move up to St. Pierre today or tomorrow. The old cafe closed there last year so will have to wait and see if there is new internet available.
I was so thrilled to be able to see some of the flowers produced from the w/c course on the forum page.
Congratulations to all who made the attempt....they're wonderful.....can't wait until I can see the classes. I'm so excited for you all.
I've completely botched two of my paintings I was working on so will start again....have lots to keep me going until then. If nothing else I'm there in spirit....keep our
on their toes!

Thank you one and all, since leaving Martinique, we arrived in Portsmouth, Dominica for a quiet overnight sleep and left this morning and arrived in Deshaies, Guadeloupe this evening. Have seen some rough 8-10' seas and strong gusty winds. So far our mishaps have been small. We had one wave board the boat and come right over the top of the bimini drenching me in the process! Thank goodness Caribbean water is warm
Will most likely head out again tomorrow morning for Nevis & St. Kitts. That will be a late arrival. If the weather holds, we hope to make St. Martin the next day before the weather closes in again. There we will get to stop for a few days...that will be nice. Perhaps I'll find internet there and be able to join you all for a class...THAT would be brilliant!

Safe sailing Val.
Hmmmm, I wonder what that salt water would be like if you used it in your watercolor painting??? I'm thinking it might give you some interesting effects.
