That is true, Sharon, and a little laughter is a healing component.

8 Bells.  :(   Just received news of yet another dear and close cruising friend's passing. I sincerely hope it will be the last for some time.

Sorry to hear that.  Unfortunately, the older we get, the more often we hear the news.

The sad part is that many are leaving us younger and younger. There has to be something behind all these different cancers, perhaps it's time I dust off my activist hat one more time....  :detective:

I am sorry to hear of yet another friend dying Val.  Geez, horrible things seem to be happening at this time of the year. Talking of cancer, there is a very interesting book by Maddison Cavanagh entitled "The One Minute Cure" if you can get hold of it.  In the interim and if it hasn't been taken down yet, there is another eye opening write up by James Paul Roguski at www.FoodGrade-HydrogenPeroxide.com

They are both worth a read and also to make a note that it is not the ordinary 3% Hydrogen Peroxide you can purchase in the Pharmacies for that will kill you with all the additives and stabilisers added but it is the 35% Food Grade they are talking about which has to be diluted.

Val, so sincerely sorry to hear your sad news.
To want to find out what is behind all these different cancers is something I fully understand.

Thanks for your kind thoughts, interesting information Patricia.

It seems the third penny may have dropped. Hopefully this will have a better ending. We received word this morning that a friend's boat is missing at approximately 10 miles south of Ensenada (Baja Peninsula).
The US Coast Guard, Mexican Navy and Mexican Coast Guard plane flew over , and recovered a life vest, fenders, and a floating bed  belonging to Yacht Cruise. They have not found the boat or our friends as yet.

Praying for a safe recovery.

Dreadful news, Val. I well remember participating in a river search for a friend who had fallen overboard in a crocodile infested river during a fun race.... the not-knowing, the ups and downs and hopes and fears, all over a few hours, and the joy when he was finally found. It seems his wife became annoyed with him and aimed a kick at his backside.... then she couldn't handle the boat well enough to get back to him! I do hope your story turns out as well.
