Gita, how long did it take to sketch this guy?  Did you take a photo first or did he pose for you the whole time?  :)

Thank you Mea. It's a piller and not a wooden table ( see photo). That's right, "Neon" suits so well to describe the green.
Val, looking forward to see your pastel lizard.

Liz, all the sketches I made here took me about 30 to 45 min. If I have an idea of sketching something I make a photo of the scene and start sketching. Actually it was difficult to get a close up of this shy guy..🦎😃. Looking forward to see your sketches, too!

The lizard may be a way off....still feeling my way around these pastels. But, I have been known to jump the gun before!  ::)    :2funny:
