This is my submission which I wasn't going to post because the Canson paper I painted on pilled (turned into balls) terribly then I thought about what Val always says and that is post your work even with the warts so here is mine, warts and all.  Done on Canson watercolour paper with watercolours.

Patricia

Your work "with warts" looks as good as most without warts!

Wow,  :thankyou: :thankyou:  Mea and Val for your ALWAYS encouraging comments.  I honestly didn't feel comfortable in posting the submission because of the "pilling" if that is the correct word, when trying to erase some parts of the ocean. I have looked at the painting for a couple of weeks and didn't know whether I should bin it or submit it. If anyone can learn from my mistakes, I am happy and that is, to be careful when putting too much water on watercolour paper to erase anything.

Patricia, I had the same thing happen when I painted my "Manse In Winter" in brusho. fortunately it was on the roof which was covered with snow.... so it looks like a couple of snowballs on the roof!    But don't tell anyone  :stress: .....I was told it was a rather clever addition to the painting!  ^-^       :2funny:

Wow, you've been quite a busy bee! This is a lovely W/C rendition! As an expert pastellist You've given a "pastelly" look to this! Even I don't see any "pilling" at all, looks like you wanted it that way!

:heeha: Thank you to all who participated in this month's challenges. Will have voting up in just a bit, might take a little longer as I want to make certain everyone's work is accounted for. Thanks for sticking with us through this one!  :D       ;D
