Hi everyone!  It has been a few weeks since I started the course, I'm going through it slower due to other obligations.  But I'm really enjoying it so far, especially since I had written off the possibility that I could be artistic a long time ago.  :-)  I just finished the berries so I will post all the drawings I have so far, including my first tree, which I am sure will blow your socks off!  ha ha, maybe not in a good way.

I did realize with how tall I made the mountains in my lake scene, that you would expect to see their reflection in the water.  Oops.

Thanks for your feedback!

:bigwelcome: you are off to a great start Suma.

I really like your drawings so far, especially the shaded ball.

Feedback : add a reflection of the man & boat to the water in order to "anchor" them

Continue to add more contrast to the berries themselves. That will add more depth and dimension to them - just like you have in your shaded ball O0

Thank you for the feedback, Nolan!  I hadn't noticed the difference in contrast between the ball and the berries, but now that you point it out I see exactly what you mean.  Thank you!
