This was a really great choice for a challenge topic. >:D  Love all of the entries, as long as most of them don't hang in my bedroom! :o :o :o :o My dreams are a little too vivid as it is.      I'm going to join the blanky brigade come Oct 31.

Well, I had planned to do one of my "pennypoint" drawings for the EERIE challenge.  But, when I tried to darken the background, I washed off most of the ground, so the penny had nothing to scratch.  Enter my trusty ink pen to save the day.  I think I will name it, "Just Ghouling Around."

Ink on watercolor paper with gesso ground.  Hmmm... does that make it MIXED MEDIA?

 Sherri... Good choice of venue for a ghoulish party; extremely good use of your graphite pencils.
 LA... somebody got a hold of my "early in the morning" photo... it will scare the hoots out of everyone.
 Patty... As I said before, your excellent control of every medium is amazing.
 Mea... I can see ghostly forms behind your trees, which you rendered bare, so that there is no place to hide.

Thanks, TeresaM.  I love working with words as much as I do with paints.

Linley and Val, there is always room for one more in my cupboard.  :2funny:   I will be posting my repulsive submissions tomorrow as I want to wait until daylight to photograph them, just completed the last one this evening and am so relieved that they are now done.

Patricia,

You did a great job on this.  Love the ghost in the background.  Nice touch.
