I have started a sketchbook in which I challenge myself to draw in ink so that I do not correct my work by erasing. I think it will help me not to be a perfectionist. I am really happy with this sketch, It is of a Japanese cyclist traveling around the world. He was staying in the local free camping ground hiding under a tarp in the rain.

Very good idea to start a sketch book without an eraser, Zilpa!
Your first sketch looks arty!
Have fun and looking forward to more!

Actually, the more you practice the more perfect you become.  :) O0 And that's a good thing.

:thankyou: Dennis and Nolan, I have several sketchbooks full, but they were always correctable.

There is a stage in the gallery so we decided to put some props in. The owner loves it, he comes and sits there for his coffee early in the morning to chill before he goes off to do his farm work.

Just the lampshade seems to need the distant sides to complete the circle

With a chair like that in the studio I don´t know how much work I´d get done... looks a bit too inviting!
