  Here is a 9"x12" watercolor.  It is the start to pasta sauce.  Comments welcome.

Looks so real.  Great job!  Grain on the wooden bowl is well done and adds a touch of class.  Lazy me would have made a solid color china bowl.

Send me your recipe!!  I just trimmed back an armful of basil - both regular and Thai.  My husband hates it, so it didn't get pruned while I was away.

 :thankyou: Mea for your encouraging comments.  My pasta sauce is all natural.  Since I have been sick i am not supposed to eat any processed food.  So we cook everything from scratch.  My sauce is just plum tomatoes, garlic, basil, onions green peppers, salt and pepper.  Just a little habanero pepper.  It cooks for about three hours.
