This is the first watercolor that I painted after my husband passed. There were other cars in the photograph, but I wanted to include Dan's blue corvette instead since next to his family and church, this was the love of his life. It took him over 25 years to finally remove the ugly paint job and renew it to its midnight blue original color. I just felt my girls would enjoy this picture.

 :clap: :clap: :clap:  It is good to see you painting again Kris, as it is very therapeutic and helps to lift the sadness one feels at such a sad time.  I am sure your girls will love this painting with their Dad's car in it since it meant such a lot to him.

Dear Kris - I'm so sorry for the loss of your husband. May his memory forever be a blessing to you and your husband. I know this painting will be a blessing to your daughters. And it's a very good painting, too!
