VIP membership

Hi, I signed up for the 7 day trial VIP member which has now gone over to the monthly subscription.  I have been trying to access all of your classes/courses during this time but I don't appear to be activated.  When trying to access videos, it comes up that I am not a member.  I have searched your sight for instructions but cannot find anything that helps.  I am keen to explore and take advantage of my membership.  I have tried to email Nolan through the website and even this won't work.  Could someone who works at paint basket please look at my membership and let me know what I need to do.  Thankyou, Kerry

We have two websites. This one where you purchase the classes and http://onlineartlessons.com which is our membership site.

I suspect as you are asking here, that you may be trying to access your classes on the wrong website.

Please try to log in at http://onlineartlessons.com

and let me know what happens.

PS - If you are unable to email me through the Online Art Lessons contact page. That way I can help you quicker - I always have email access, but am not always on the forum here

I will be paying. I dont think Ive ever posted in the VIP section, but this site has been the best online community Ive ever been part of, and it deserves to keep going strong.

Aaron, it is so nice to hear your sentiments about the PB which are our sentiments too.  This is a wonderful site, the best I have ever encountered as well and it deserves to keep strong and going as you so rightly said. It is very fondly referred to as our "home" which we feel it is.
