Looks like the little doggie is saying, "I am escaping all the activity behind me at the Sony Open."

Nice job, Liz.  Nice sense of depth in the sky.

As for the alarm scare yesterday, I just ignored the whole warning thing. I felt it was bogus and we couldn't have done anything to prevent it anyway.  Just ate breakfast and did the dishes.

Looking forward to your seascape.

    Liz, what a beautiful painting of Pixie. When I saw it in the gallery, I initially thought it was a photograph.  Excellent.

Mea, when I heard about the alarm and saw it on the news, I thought about you all in Hawaii.  What a scary thing to have happened. So pleased you realised it was bogus and that you are all safe and sound.

Great work Liz.  O0   Good detail on Pixie's fur, beautiful palm trees, and great aerial perspective. Very well done indeed.  :heeha:

Lovely painting, nice view.

Mea you are so cool because we heard here in Australia that it was very scary for a lot of people and cause chaos on the roads. Plus they took so long to notify people it was a false alarm. Now this morning Japan had an alert but it only took a few minutes to tell the people it was a false alarm.

:thankyou: Thanks, Mea, Patricia, Val, Bill, and Teresa for always cheering me on with my art challenges!  I have so much to learn and so much to improve upon, especially how to handle acrylic and oil paint better.  The days are going by too fast and I find only small snatches of time to paint.  How do you folks manage to paint? ~Liz
