Hello everyone,

here's my little submission:


The picture for this challenge was an excellent choice. Great object, great shot, great technical challenges to conquer... O0 Congrats Brian!  :clap: :clap: :clap:

I have used Utrecht sketch paper and graphite pencils 2H - 9B. Yes, I had to reach up to 9, since I felt there was little tooth on the paper, and I didn't want to press too hard.

Drawing is 10.5 by 14'', so I couldn't skan it; I took a picture, which diminished a little bit the quality of what you can see... Sorry for that, but I wanted to try the paper I've just got.  :coffee:

Nice work, Pav.  Wood grains look very good, and your water with reflections looks excellent.
