I have seen quite a few ads recently for ARTEZA art supplies, an American company in Wilmington, Delaware.

I ordered their 32-sheet pad of 140lb. watercolor paper. I am pleased to say that it is much better than I thought for the price. (64 sheets for $22.98 for 9" x 12" size through Amazon). It seems to take a lot of water without buckling. Paint flows nicely over the surface. Colors stay bright and true.

Thanks, Val. I plan to buy more to use with my senior citizen class. I think that watercolor painting is the best option when working with them.

Mea for the information on Arteza Watercolor Pads. I had never heard of that make but shall bear it in mind when next I go over to the States to purchase art supplies.
