Well this stray cat came in and sat on the piece of carpet  :2funny:.
Drew cat with black ink pen then painted with watercolour wash. Added a bit of brown with colour pencil. Wiskers done with colour pencils too. Carpet was painted with gesso to cover up some black ink mistakes, then various shades of paynes grey watercolour.

And all that work ended up with a marvelous picture.

A lovely 'Cat Sat On The Mat Painting'. Amazing how cats will just walk in and make themselves at home, isn't it? Do you still have him/her, or did it just want it's portrait painted?
