I am sure even Paul would be happy to see himself looking so young again. You just need to fix his left eyebrow so it doesn't touch his nose.

I had a look at some of his photos on Google and it's shadow that makes it look that way so just add a bit of lighter paint to the corner.
It's 8.20am here in Australia so you guys must be up late on the other side of the world

If it is a good size pile of paint you can peel off the skin, the paint underneath is still usable.

Try spraying water over the paint before sealing your ziplock bag, and put it into the fridge.
I tried that last week & it seemed to help somewhat.
It also pays to put the bigger blobs into small seperate re-usable air-sealed containers.
