Hi everyone.
I know I have been MIA over the last month or so. My husband had a stroke...a mild one thank God but still quite a challenge when he is blind as well. Thank goodness I have my art to help me stay calm.
I was not sure where to put this painting...but I guess it is mixed media as I did an acrylic painting over a resin pour.
It is a BIG challenge to paint on a shiny surface!
I used real Swarovski crystals for her tiara and silver leaf for her earring and necklace.
It is 60 x 60 cm so the biggest painting I have done over a resin pour.
I will do a clear coat over this when it is dry.

Oh! Terri, I am so sorry to hear about your husband's stroke. Thankfully, it was mild but still very worrying for you. Keep strong Terri and keep painting for it is therapeutic for sure. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your husband for his quick and complete recovery.

Initially when I saw your Tiffany Golightly painting, I thought that it was Robynann's for it is very much like her style of painting. Very well done Terri.

Lovely painting, Terri.

Many good wishes for your husband. I remember how stomach-churning it was when my husband had a mild stroke. Prayers for a complete recovery. :smitten:

I wish your husband a speedy recovery, Tezza.
I really like your paintings with this sort of background a lot. They look so special.
