 oh dear....we have an overabundance of motion in the ocean of late!  :boat:  Would a video of say, perhaps a few tubby toys bobbing about in a roiling tub not suffice?  ;D  I'm still catching up on some of your 'Christmas videos' !!  :2funny:  :2funny:

Well, here's hoping you can send a little motion my way!  I'm going to attempt the seascape today IF I can work up the courage...this one's my favorite and after the numbers I did on the first three, lol, I'm hoping that since I live on Long Island Sound, that I'll have gathered some occult knowledge somewhere of what H20 is supposed to look like!  I do have GOOD news though...I conquered the masking fluid!  However, that's not to say the same for the masking tape!  I guess I really took that pressing the thumbnail to heart because it's on so good that it comes up each time!  Maybe I can think of it as a new kind of border!

Good morning, everyone! :)

Hi Mary... have you tried just warming the tape a little with a hairdrier as you lift it? Also be certain the paper is completely dry before removing the tape.  If you're anything like me you have a hard time waiting.....  ::)

Val!  We must be twins!  I absolutely DO have a hard time waiting and no, I haven't tried that but I will now!  I just posted a sorry saga in the Anything Art section if you want to see my latest caper...I REALLY need to stay out of art stores!  One good thing though is that I picked up some hot pressed paper as Dennis recommended so maybe in about 5 years, if I can do anything decent, I might use it!  Thanks so much for the advice!  I'll let you know how it all works out :)
