posting painting

I have tried twice to post and both times the empty frame has shown up with name but no photo or thumbnail. I see a line that says I can place the BBC code here, but I am unsure where here is. Also I don't get  the BBC code until after I submit the painting and note.
The painting is under 500 KB so I doubt that is the problem

Hi Alan
If I look at your gallery I can see both the images you have posted so I suspect it is an issue with your browser not showing you the image after upload. Maybe clear all cookies and the browser cache for paintbasket.com to see if that solves the problem.
The system will always only show you the BBC embed code after upload. You then copy it and paste it inside your message on the forum where you want your image to appear.

I tried deleting the cookies and cashe and nothing happened. I then uploaded a different painting and low and behold it showed up, but not in the usual position but in the title area. I tried to change it but somehow the "My Paintings" album has been renamed "forest path" which is the name I gave to the added painting. The more I try the more confusing it gets.
I'd be happy if you could just tell me how to go back to my original album.

HERE is a video showing how to create an album as well as how to add a photo to the album. If you don't want to create a new album, then select an existing one before adding the photo to it.(The only difference between this video is in the beginning you click #6 in the image below to get to your gallery)
