
Well, it seems I've put the proverbial foot in it yet again... just can't seem to help myself.
I decided it would be fun to paint a rather colourful automobile from town... bit of an icon really, everybody knows it. Probably my first mistake at this point in my abilities.

I will follow up with a photo of where I'm at and hopefully you will have a few suggestions,
First I'll outline my situation. This car is kept very shiny... we're talking spit and polish see your fice kind of shiny!

I have tried using various tints and shades, white, and the outcome is repeatedly flat, looking more like someone threw a splash of paint on the car. I have watched the lessons of the copper kettle, the bottles, even went back to the tree reflections, to the point of trying Nolan's shiny ball lesson. That was a right cock-up, trust me Nolan, you don't want to know!
