Funny how that happens isn't it? Even my crystal ball doesn't help me with that one!  ;D

I had fun mixing colours with the few watercolours I still have. My little box is over 20 years old, and most pans are empty. But I hope I am able to buy some more pans or tubes, so I can do more classes.

I have used van Gogh watercolours, and I still like them a lot, (But I would LOVE :smitten: to try some Daniel Smith, M.Graham or :-\ Schmincke watercolours, but those are sooo expensive :'( :( ).

I just made some small colour samples before painting, but will make a nice chart with the colours I still have...and make a list for some new colours to buy in the future :smitten: .
My painting isn't perfect but I like it, here we still have trees in green, but also in all warm autumn colours ...That is, last week now the most with the autumn leafs has lost then due to the storm last night and today.

 :thankyou: so much, Zayn.

I love Autumn colours, so had a great time making this and playing with the colours. The colours I still had and used where: Permanent Red Light, Permanent Orange, Permanent Green and Cerulean Blue and I was surprised to see what colours I could make with these.
Oh, and I had a tiny, tiny bit of Azo Yellow Medium, but that was just enough for a few of the flowers.

Nice painting Riya, i like the composition and colours. It is mentioned that the more expensive paints last longer giving similar value for money. I have found that, I use Windsor & Newton and Schminke., buying the larger tubes for most used colours.

:thankyou: Bill. I will buy tubes so I can refill my pans a few times. Our local Artshop does have a few brands, like Rembrand Smincke and Winsor and Newton. And I would love to try the Smincke. But seeing on their website that a tiny tin with 12 half pans will cost €45,- and with a monthly budget/pocketmoney from only €25,- that is a whole lot of money. So now I am on the lookout for some great deals at some other (online) shops here in the Netherlands.

Good to see your painting and also to know that you can revive them after 20years.
