Like your drawing, Trace! The textures around the vase have come out well!

Nicely done trace, I particularly like how the vase appears to be set back into a ´liquefied´  woodgrain. Love it!!!  Yes I know, I tend to see things a bit off the wall at times!  :crazy2:     ;D

:thankyou: so much Gita, Bill, Nolan, Val & Mary Lou.

I can't believe how different things look when i get them onto here, than before my eyes.

I can see that I have created a similar texture in some parts of the vase as to the fruit, also hoping one day i will be able to "flow" better with fabric texture. :)

Both good goes Trace. Did you find any preference between using the dividers or the grid?

 :thankyou: Val, Annie & Nolan.
I find the Grid easier to use atm Val, but messier rubbing out all the lines.
Nolan, I'm not sure if it's my homemade PD or me not using the PD properly, but when seated observing from a distance,  I don't know how to line up the vertical lines correctly - i.e the heights of objects. My arm seems to get in the way.

Hi Nolan, I'm not sure if this Noton of my still life looks right/pleasing/too complex?
