Nice work, Cyril.  Hmmm.

I have a 3-D piece here but never thought of trying to draw it.

You have just inspired me into making it my challenge for the new year.

I bought this ceramic Shogun sculpture last year.  The sculptor is an 87-year old woman who is still making pieces.  She and I were both in the same miniature show.  This piece is about 10" x 8" x 3."

it is nice to see that you and a few of the other members are specialising on a subject for a while.

I can clearly see how you are quickly improving as a result.

You get progress when you do all sorts of different projects, but it is slower. When you specialise on one thing for a while, then your brain has time to process and retain the new information.

You can then not only create that item better, but also much quicker :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:
