Me thinks my pot is a little drunk!!  Okay who spiked my coffee!! It was straight when I started I swear! This is just what Nolan get's when he makes me draw something from scratch. It's all his fault! :2funny: Nah I'll fix it.  I did learn something. I really did.

But the reflections was the focus of this lesson, and yours are wonderful

Good job, Robyann.  Love the silvery glow.

I am almost tempted to try this - looks challenging.  You did so well.

You know I'm dis lek sick  I draw upside down!!   :2funny: all kidding aside the darn thing was straight when I started. It just went wanky! Gotta fix that and the bottom. It was a good lesson as always.

Great to see your work again Robyn... I love the painting even if the pot is a bit lopsided. Looks like one of my mother's after i I took it fresh water  lobster fishing when I was a kid. She was most annoyed!

I was finally able to get back to painting, I am looking forward to staying at it now. This painting was surprising and a little difficult getting my colors in the correct places.

Nice silver effect Ginger :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:
Just be careful to get your ovals even - in this case the top and bottom are flattened. O0
Also make sure your shadows start underneath the tomato / object  O0

Right, I knew that there was something that was bugging me about this painting. I have been a bit distracted with company for a few weeks. I will give it another go.  Thanks Nolan.

You don't have to repaint the whole painting, just touch this one up - unless you want more practice of course O0

:painting: finally getting back to painting. I can not say enough about keeping your paints until finished. Mine had actually dried up it has been so long since I have been painting. I changed the perspective of my pot and touched up the highlights and shadows a bit. I will be revisiting this one at a later date. I love painting the silver and have a painting in mind later on.
