Here is my challenge. I just had great fun putting on his feathers.Unfortunatelly there was going something very wrong with the heavy gelmedium that I used and it ruined my painting :( ...so I had to cut of the tail and his feet :2funny: ...Poor rooster. But he still looks good :smitten: .
Sorry photo isn't really sharp.
This time I used a better moddeling paste for some texture. The painting is done in acrylics, and some metalic paints for the green feathers, and some tears :'( . I did fall from the stairs...5 steps. So I am now very colorful, mostly black and blue  :2funny:

:2funny: maybe he ran from a cockerel fight, Riya, because he is a handsome fellow.

Oh dear, sorry to hear you tried to compete with his colouring - very painful experience, I am sure.

Your painting is nice Riya, if you did not mentioned the feet I would have thought it was as you wanted to crop your painting.

Please be careful, don't fall again and heal quickly  :flowers:
Cheers, Annie

:thankyou: Cathy, Jay, Annie, Win and Gita. Hubby told me to wear my shoes instead of slippers :nono: at home. I do have to wear them, orthopedic shoes, but not always want them on the whole day  ...Well...now I do :promise: , I am to scared to fall again. I still can't sit without pain :injured: , or sleep on my back or right side  . And my left shoulder and hand still hurt a lot from grabbing the railing really hard so I wouldnt fall down 13 steps.
Lucky that my reaction was that fast, it only hurts a lot :2funny: . But it could have ended wors. Now I only have a 'few' black, blue, purple, green and yellow bruises,  :heeha: hm...I do look like my painting :2funny:
