Lot of time spent on this which I consider well spent. I will have another go on a larger paper (Full sheet) in the near future.

Bill, love the background, her hands and ruffles on the dress are so well done!

My eye keeps going to the face..can you lighten the color a bit?

really great job Bill, well done
The body area of the dress is a bit light on contrast. Check your reference to see where you can add some more dark values. That will give the body more depth and dimension

Flamenco Dancer Revisited. I implemented the suggestions, it makes a big difference. With the knowledge gained I look forward to doing this again.
