Teresa your dog is fantastic! :yippee:

Pat, I think your dog is well done.    Perhaps use a lighter color rather than white for the highlights.  But wait for Nolan to comment.

Robynann, Good news for you and wishing you a speedy recovery! :flowers:

Hello Robynann just had to get in touch to say fantastic news, what a relief for you. Yes it certainly helps to have an interest doesnt it. I just seen your Yorkshire paintings... wow really fantastic. I love Yorkshire . We moved up to North Wales a couple of years ago , from Worksop in Notts so visited Yorkshire often, you have captured it beautifully. All the best hope you are tip top soon x :1hug:

Pat. I think you have done a great job  :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:

I am assuming the top of the photo is washes out from the light and is not a true representation of the colours? If so I assume they are of similar intensity as the bottom of the photo. In that case the colours looks great. maybe try and get a better pic for just in case O0

Robynann - that is great news. All the best for a speedy recovery :flowers:

Well how exciting to complete my first acrylic painting. The tuition was really good thank you Nolan. It was very monkey see, monkey do but I'm delighted how it turned out. Might I have your feedback please Nolan? How do I post a copy of the painting for you to see?

:bigwelcome: to the Paint Basket family Ellen :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:

You have done a fabulous job with your Border Collie. Just think if your first acrylic painting looks like this, what is your 10th, 20th, 50th... going to look like :heeha: :smitten:

Good luck with the rest of the course.

PS - once you have uploaded your image just copy and paste the smg code here to show the image O0
