Nolan this is an incredible work.  You are amazing.  I was only going to glance at the video but instead watched ever second and loved it.  I have never enjoyed abstract art before but can see the challenge and fun of it now.  Thank you, Thank you and yes I may even try it.

Yeah go for it. This may be out of your comfort zone, but it is great fun - just play around using textures, lines and shapes antil you get something that you are happy with. That may take several more layers than mine did, which is no a problem. Abstracts like to have several layers. This means that if you do something you don't like, just layer something else on top of it while still having some of the not nice layer showing through O0

Here is my abstract from the lesson for reference:

How exciting!   Totally out of comfort zone... how very much exciting!

Now please tell me that we have at least a full month to do this, there are only 2 weeks left in March...  :'(

I know I can still do it after the deadline, but realistically... it won't happen.
Cheers, Annie

Nolan

Just watched the tutorial.  Fantastic.  There was no way I could imagine what your end product would be.

Will start working on something later in the week.  Gotta really think on this one.

Here's my contribution to the citrus abstract challenge.  I used my signature chocolate paint with food coloring and lemon stencils.

Nice diversion while practicing social distancing.  Honolulu artists are planning a special exhibit of all our social distancing art work once the threat is past.
