The first thing you want to do is read the "rules" of the forum
HEREThen you want to browse the main forum layout to get an idea of what is where. You will see it is broken up into sections. Each has a little description below it explaining what you will find under that section.
Generally there is an area to post your class artworks, an area to post your non class artworks and an area to ask non class questions or just start a chat related to the medium at hand.
Under the class sections, you will see they all already have a topic, so you don't need to create a new topic in order to post your class artwork for comment. You simply reply to the existing topic. That way all the artworks from the class remain together.
Under the non class artworks sections. You would generally either make a new topic for each artwork or you can create your self a personal topic, eg. "Lana's watercolor paintings" topic where you post all your own non class watercolour paintings.
In order to post your artworks you need to learn how to add a picture to your gallery and to a post.
HERE is the tutorial that shows you how to do that.
On the forum home page, near the bottom is an area called "Forum Tech stuff" under that is a "How to" section. There you will find many more little how to tutorials as well.
