I think this is my first soft pastel drawing.
I am not happy at all with it.For this one i used watercolor paper and i can see the structure of the paper which i dislake.How to paint to reach soft result without any paper marks? :help:

I don't know pastels but you have some lovely blending of colours  :clap: :clap:

Hi Maria, this is VERY late coming, but you can try using the reverse side of the paper which is a bit smoother. I am not keen on the strong texture pastel papers for that reason. However I have found that using the backside of the paper, such as Canson Mi Teintes or Fabriano Tiziano, is much smoother.
The only drawback is you cannot get as many layers so have to be cognizant to work in thin layers. The finished painting is much more to my liking then.   Don´t give up  O0
