Here’s my happy squirrel!  I saw lots of them in Spokane, Washington year and a  half  ago when I went there for a college wedding for Emily’s sister.  With my poor vision the eye was a challenge and the ears are not distinct.

:thankyou: MaryLou and Jay, you are very kind. I followed all of Nolan’s steps, but I think my reference photo was not as sharp as his!

We went to see a used exercise bike yesterday for my husband who has missed his exercise at the YMCA. The man had no mask on and my grown daughter rushed us out of that place in a hurry, saying that we would call them with our decision.  Instead we bought a brand new one through Amazon which includes delivery. I asked my husband if he would like to do some drawing, but he has no interest though he is my biggest supporter.  I’m glad that I signed up to get PB weekly drawing and painting lessons, if not this pandemic would depress me even more.

It has been a rough patch for sure Liz.  I never thought it would last this long.  All we can do is try and be safe!  :flowers:

Fabulous job Liz :smitten:

Just add more tonal value to the face, it is too light so doesn't stand out against the background O0

I worked on the squirrel’s head from the video picture which was more focused than my print.
I forgot to say that the drawing was done on Strathmore gray toned paper.
