Painting with Complementary Colours

This is the seventh of the art challenges.

Your challenge is to create an artwork using complementary colours. You can use either direct complementary colours, split complementary colours or harmonious complementary colours in your artwork.

My submission, a Majorelle garden scene:

The garden was owned by Yves Saint-Laurent and Pierre Bergé between 1980 and 2008. After Yves Saint Laurent died in 2008 his ashes were scattered in the Majorelle Garden.

I am very fond of this blue. Painted in tetradic complementary colours.
