Can you use watercolor masking fluid to block out your whites for acrylic paintings? The bottle says it’s just for watercolors.

If you were painting the acrylic very thin then it should work. As acrylic has a big of stretch, thick layers of paint will cover the masking fluid and form a firm skin over it.

There is however no reason to as Titanium white acrylic is opaque so you can just paint is straight over any colour and it should cover the underlying colour up perfectly. If it doesn't then you can just give it another coat O0
