This was a practice piece using just 12 coloured pencils - red, yellow, green, blue, orange, violet, red-orange, yellow-orange, blue-green, yellow-green, blue-violet and red-violet, along with black and white.

I based it on a photo I took in our garden.

Its only 5 x 7 inches in size.
