Hi everyone.
I hope everyone is doing okay. Living in a virtual bubble in Western Australia we are so very fortunate, I know!
I submitted five paintings to a local exhibition.
They closed it at 100 artists. Of those 100, they chose 23 paintings to be exhibited.
I am so very thankful that four of mine were chosen.
All are in watercolour, which some of you will know, I only recently started painting.
Pretty amazing that I would not be here if not for joining Paintbasket in 2015!
Thank you so much all of you! Especially Nolan and Dennis, for guiding me through this adventure.
I will let you know how I go!
   :thankyou: Terri

Good for you, Terri.  Glad to hear it.

Very few real-time exhibits here - mostly online ones with ZOOM receptions!

Look forward to seeing photos from the exhibit.

 :thankyou: Nolan and everyone.
I just looked up when I joined Paintbasket.
I had only painted one very, very bad painting then. So I am so grateful that I joined up on the 30th of September 2015! I have learnt so much and had good and bad days but always, I have appreciated the feed back and encouragement I have received.
Paintbasket lessons were the first that actually made sense to me.
Nolan and Dennis are so patiently explain every detail. I have watched my lessons over and over.
To be awarded the Angel Award was such a wonderful surprise and gift and set me on the way to watercolours.
Now I have my first exhibition and I have sold more watercolour paintings than any other medium.
