I was stressed up a bit and fled to this wonderful place in northern Germany. My travel kit always with me. This is the view from the Terrace of the hotel I am enjoying.
It’s a sunless day, so the shadows are hardly there. Plein air on 300 gsm. The first painting is pen and ink, the second one water colour with some ink lines.

Thank you Dennis, Mary Lou. The hotel also has a thermal spring which is great. Getting back my spirits again.

Cheers, Gita

Love your w/c sketches Gita.

There is a resort down the road that has natural hot/mineral springs. I find they really help rejuvenate me. I was thrilled when I discovered they were nearby, I hadn´t seen one in years since we were in Nevis. Relax and enjoy.  :1hug:

Thanks Val, Nice to hear from you again! After 3 days of thermal spring bathing and good food, I feel good again.

Thanks Nolan! I pasted one of my sketches of the nude statue (a sort of landmark of this hotel) in the guest book. They were thrilled about this and presented the page like in a Show case with the page open.

:thankyou: Bill, Nolan, Mary Lou! I think they really liked the idea. In the 2 huge guest books one or two had drawn something but this idea to paste an original was very original to them.
