Hello again! I've been practicing shading the ball and it took me a while to wrap my head around it so I wanted to get feedback before I tried the berries.

Your shadings are coming along nicely. It does take a lot of practice to get right because you need to see the tonal values correctly, you need good pencil control, etc. All these things take time to master.
You are doing great so far.

I can suggest that you make the darkest tonal value in the ball darker. That will give you more intermediate tonal value to work with O0
Good luck with your berries :gl:

Hi Gaby!    I´ve been practicing shading these balls for getting on ....  ... 10 years or so(?), still do them now and again as it helps not only with drawing and sketching, but with painting as well.
From what I see you are doing well. Follow Nolan´s advice and you´ll be able to shade anything you please as you progress along.  O0
Just keep the scribbles going!

Cheers, Val
