Sea Eagle

I see this bird quite often around the coastline of our northern beaches.
Advise and critique welcomed. There are parts I am not fully happy with.

Great work, Bill. I love this. There is such movement in the water and the eagle. Very striking.

I love the motion of the eagle. He is ready to pounce on a fish for dinner!!

I just have a problem with the talons. They look too small compared the rest of the eagles.

I thought I commented on this. The bird and water are so well done Bill.

It's looking beautiful so far Bill. A few adjustments is going to make it amazing!
Two things from my side:1) Add more sky reflections into the water. That will add more contrast between it and the bird making the bird stand out more.
2) I am going to challenge you to use a rigger to add fine hair detail into the brown feathers. Work in a few gaps between these feathers as well. This will give the impression of everything being in high detail

I spent some time with it Nolan but I was never going to be satisfied so I did a new bird. I'm happier with this but still it could be better?
